6 Tips to Treat Hair Loss After Childbirth
Many new mothers experience hair loss several months after birth. This is perfectly normal and is not a real loss. This loss is only temporary, due to falling estrogen levels.
The good news is, you do not need special treatment to overcome this. Many women get back in the thick hair when their child's first birthday, there is even faster than that.
If you are bothered by hair loss, perhaps because they are too many and undermine confidence, follow these tips from dermatologist and head of the American Academy of Dermatology below.
1. Use a shampoo and moisturizers that are about to add volume. The shampoo of this type usually contain protein to coat the hair to appear more 'full'.

2. Avoid simultaneously moisturizing shampoo (conditioner). The shampoo of this type usually contain moisturizers are heavy (heavy conditioner) which can make the hairs down and looked limp.

3. Use a moisturizer for thin hair, because it contains a moisturizer that does not burden the hair and makes it limp.

4. Use a moisturizer only on the ends of the hair. Apply moisturizing the scalp and throughout the hair will only make hair look thinner, not expand.

5. Avoid using intensive moisturizing (intensive conditioner), also because of its burdensome hair.

6. Try a new hairstyle that makes hair look more volume. Ask your hair stylist, model of what can make hair look thick, matching the shape of the face, and does not interfere with your activities as a mother.

Many women who just gave birth choose a short haircut or a short bob or setengkuk with the trap in the back and side. You can try if you want.
Remember, do not be too worried about hair loss. Once the estrogen levels back to normal, coupled with the intake of nutritious and sufficient rest, your beautiful hair will be back, soon.
